15,  How culture for future of new human from gland tissue to genetic code: 

The establishment of the three reproductive rules reflects the 3 stages of the human evolution. This evolution differentiates human beings from other mammals. The precondition of the rules is that: the couple is with good health status, on a regular and harmonious sex relationship, without any recessive diseases, and does not perform sex under stress or fatigue. If the preconditions are failed to be satisfied, exceptional cases may emerge. However, given a second analysis, these exceptional cases are still following the reproductive rules.

The first rule is the basic rule; Following this rule, when it was in the aboriginal tribes, human being can reproduce and sustain, at the same, balance the gender ratio inside the tribes; it dominates in the first stage of human reproduction. In this stage, the goal is to reproduce, so it balances more the gender ratio and less the "competitive natural selection". That's why most of the time the first child of a couple is relatively plain. Here is the detail of the gender-determining first rule: when during a relationship, male pursues female initiatively, the first baby is usually a girl; if female pursues male initiatively or the female thinks often of her partner, the first baby is usually a boy. This is the simple and original conception collected from the aboriginal society: if 2-3 males pursue a female at the same time, it may indicate that there is lack of female or this female is extraordinary; vice versa, if several females pursue a male at the same time, it may indicate that these is lack of male or this male is extraordinary. Thanks to the basic reproductive rule, gender maintain balanced in each tribes and countries.

The aspiration for a partner may alternate the hormone secretion and control hormone conversion to the opposite direction to variant extents. This leads to the different gender of the first child in marriage. If the husband loves wife and thinks of her much, this will up-regulate the male hormone's secretion, which in turn, in order to suppress this up-regulation, will feedback on the brain and raise the secretion of female hormone estradiolβ inside this husband. This regulation helps the husband maintain his routine performance but the alternated female hormone will make him easier to have baby girl. Vice versa, if the wife loves the husband and thinks of him much, her female hormone raises and later on gets suppressed by the raised male hormone (testosterone) through brain feedback. This wife can still maintain her routine performance during this process but it makes her easier to have a baby boy in pregnancy.

The second rule is called the main rule;  Following this rule, in different families and gender, human beings balance their intelligence and competitiveness. This dominates in the immediate stage for human beings to promote their intelligence. During this stage, within a routine sexual intercourse, comparisons were made between the couple on their intelligence, reaction, sensitiveness, and concepts; only good genes pass on to the next generation, for the sake of children's future competitiveness, also for the sake of intelligence balance between genders. That's why in a family with siblings, often the 2nd /3rd /4th /5th siblings are more reactive and sensitive, (however, the accumulation of life and working experience plus the genetic influence from the parents cannot be neglected). This reproductive rule determines the gender of the 2nd /3rd /4th /5th child. If the husband is more intelligent and reactive than the wife, and perform the sexual intercourse on a routine basis rather than under a "aspiring" condition, the wife may give birth to a girl; if the wife is more intelligent and reactive than the husband, and perform the sexual intercourse on a routine basis rather than under a "aspiring" condition, she may give birth to a boy. That's why we see that in families with intelligent husband, there are more boys and in families with intelligent wife, there are more girls.

Suppose a man with intelligent and good response, he always have higher testosterone than ordinary men. To maintain his routine performance, he then needs some more estradiol to suppress the excess testosterone; these pre-disposed estradiol makes it easier for him to have baby girls in routine sexual intercourses. Vice versa, intelligent woman secretes more female hormone than ordinary women and needs some more testosterone to suppress these excess female hormone; the pre-disposed testosterone makes it easier for her to have baby boys in routine sexual intercourses. Testosterone is a steroid hormone secreted in vertebrates. It is the main form of androgen. The short-term testosterone spike induced by the epinephrine reflects the instant response and reaction and will be passed on to the next generation as good genes. This supplementation and balance between glands is also in accordance with yinyang's theory in traditional Chinese medicine.

The third rule is special rule; Following this rule, human beings make supplementation and promotion to their intelligence. This dominates in the advanced stage of human reproduction. The couple, thanks to the accumulation of their life and working experience, may endure genetic mutation and give birth to children with IQ more than 130. These high-IQs only take 2-3% in the whole population. When these high-IQs grow up and get marries, they will give birth to a series of children of a single gender with good genes built in. These children will disseminate their good genes and get balanced later on. This also explains why there is no one single family or country with extremely high IQ. The special rule goes as that if the male is with IQ more than 130, he will give birth to a series of baby girls, and if the female is with IQ more than 130, she will give birth to a series of baby boys.

These Mrs. high-IQs, they endure more secretion of the testosterone----the epinephrine induces more testosterone and, in order to suppress the excess hormone, the feedback on the brain up-regulates the secretion of the opposite gender hormone. This also explains why some Mr high-IQs, even though we screen their semen and inseminate the wife with Y-sperm, they still seldom have baby boys--- In the fusion of the egg and the sperm, both egg and sperm contains the same hormone so they repel from each other.

  How to arrange the permutation and combination of the genes in order that human beings not degenerate and deteriorate in polities, economies and culture educations, but increase their competitiveness and evolve to the generation of New Human ?

1.Make "selected" babies;

According to the reproductive rules, first child always bear lower intelligence than their younger siblings. Thus, the phenomenon of multiple wives does not bring along any benefits in intelligence. If one couple does more reading to improve the brain's response, they may exert influence on the brain development of their baby. From the evolution of human being's brain development and variety of thoughts, to the stimulation of the pre-pregnant reading and thinking, all these can activate the gene inside the brain. This can also affect the genes inside the baby's brain and serves as a simple way to improve its intelligence. The babies are always more sensitive to the strengthening and the stimulations to the brain.  How to do for breeding the New Human? First of all, the parents should read more and challenge themselves more and keep the brain reactive for an appropriate period; this can indeed helps the baby inherit good genes. Second, the parents themselves should follow the basic requirements of the social morals; this is also an indispensable condition for the babies to inherit good genes. Finally, mix between ethnics and peoples help to bring along superb New Human. Based on current society, we culture New Human on 3 parts.

1.Balance the contradiction between multiple breeding and single breeding. Multiple breeding can increase the chance for the parents to pass on their good genes, and increase the number of children who understand the harsh competition and life. However, currently, the earth is fed up with human beings, so we should find a way to have "selected" child in the first pregnancy. So eugenics is the only way to keep the population under control, while at the same time, human beings can improve their intelligence without too much consumption of the natural sources. Therefore, parents should do more reading and thinking before pregnancy, so the good genes and be built into the baby's brain. The selection between 4 pairs of hormone glands, this is actually a skip of the first stage of reproduction and jump to the intermediate stage directly. 2.Moral education through the whole life: there is difference in intelligence when the baby's parents read animation or scientific papers. This not only proves that New Human has better intelligence than children come with the main rule, but also proves that less breeding can also make children with high IQ. It is beneficial for the human intelligence for promote the long-distance mix between ethnics and peoples. Controlling the population without large consumption of the natural sources in the earth, this is right the goal for the human beings.

The previous was a rough analysis of the Jewish intelligence and New Human origin in the USA. It is mainly for backing up the long-distance mix theory. Adding together with the inherited good genes in the parents, with combination of the male and female of different levels, they will have children of different levels in the family as well. The first level is the 1st or 2nd children, the intermediate is the 3rd, 4th or 5th, the youngest, etc. there could be thousands of combinations. Setting aside the personal postnatal efforts, people can get a rough idea of their congenital conditions. However, we now discuss only the general condition of the children's intelligence; we cannot really set aside some special conditions or the postnatal efforts. We have multiple divisions of labor in the society, and we should always keep in mind the idea that "my existence counts" Looking back on the history of these thousands of year, we can see the intelligence in modern society is actually in recession.
