12,  One child policy, polygyny and breed-less, are these beneficial or harmful to the country?

The biggest difference between human beings and animals is that: human brain has evolved and highly developed. Thanks to the brain development, human beings can stand high above thousands of mammals

In reproduction, there is time gap in sexual desire peak in animals in every sexual season. If the male gets desire fist, it goes after female and has more female children of the same species. In contrast, if the female gets desire first it will go after male and has more male children of the same species. Desire is the instinct triggered by the brain derived hypophysis and stimulated by reproductive hormones, and the endocrine alters, resulting in baby of gender different from the proactive part. This kept reproduction and gender balance of species through tens of thousands of year. Animals have only this reproductive rule---basic rule to maintain reproduction through years. That’s why we say basic rule dominating the first stage of human reproduction. It is similar to animals’ and functions for reproduction. 

Except for mammal’s reproductive rule to maintain the gender balance, human beings have another two reproductive rules to enhance IQ while at the same time adjust the gender balance----main rule and special rule. These two rules can keep and gradually promote human IQ----It “naturally selected” the better genes and at the same time promote IQ of the weak gender side. This helps human to balance and promote bi-gender’s IQ and to overcome the difficulties and hardships that they may come across in the future life. The promotion comes every 20-30year, thus human evolution marches slowly. This specific main rule and special rule, increasing the competiveness and the same time balance gender IQ and response, can also make a wholly supplement to the IQ. That’s why we say the main rule and special rule are dominating in the intermediate and advanced stage of human reproduction.

We then analyze in details the disadvantages of the above-mentioned policies.

1,   “One child policy” children are most of the time be consequences of basic rule. There would always be a proactive role in a relationship and then comes the marriage and sex. Here we put aside that the child may get spoiled. We focus on the child’s IQ. In most of the time, the initial baby would be tolerant and plain, obviously no enough hereditary experience gathered by parents from live and career. The offspring will have less flexibility and sensitivity. This makes the whole society and nation enjoy less surviving competiveness compared with others. IQ degenerates with generations. The degeneration comes every 20-30 years. (If previous miscarriage or abortion happened, that would be different, for the child then actually is the second child. Or if coincidently the child is born under the condition and procedure of eugenic method, it would be another case)

2, Polygynously born children are similarly most of the time being consequences of the basic rule. Husbands would be very tied by performing sex around wives, while wives cannot have sex until 10-15 days later. How can wives not be in “physically desire”? Children come under such conditions are most of the time tolerant and plain, with less flexibility and sensitivity. We don’t see any great inventions or findings in these polygynous nations since these decades; this is the evidence that these nations are suffering an IQ degeneration. Similarly, a step back every 20-30 years. Some nations with glorious civilization in ancient time, far more advanced in technology, art and marine than many other countries at that time. How about nowadays? Chinese Tang, Song, Ming, Qing, four dynasties perishment can more or less prove that polygyny leads to IQ degeneration. Sex between couples, once performed under one part’s “physically desire”, the pregnancy would fall under the range of primary stage of reproduction, only general reproductive genes have been embedded into the infant brain (Also, if coincidently processed by eugenic procedure is not suitable for this discussion)

3, Breed-less leads to reduction of the second/third child, that is to say, leads to the reduction of “naturally selected” children boasted with parents’ good genes. The “naturally selected”population with enhanced IQ then falls down, cutting down the surviving competiveness of the whole society. For example, “USA, Britain, France and Germany performed breed-less after the world war two, and children with high IQ reduced.” This can be proved by evidence found in Nobel: All the babies born after World War II, when they grew up, the number of Achiever was obviously reduced, after 1974, the latter 3 countries had far less Nobel Prize than their previous ¾ century. We see from here that intelligent people were reduced. USA also performed breed-less, but different races breed vast number of hybrid babies and they entered into a baby wave. This is easy to bring out a leap in IQ

Therefore, the above mentioned policies are not beneficial to nations; they will lead to IQ degeneration unconsciously. IN current war, except that weapons are superior, the war tactics are far more developed than Sunzi’s Art of War 2000 years ago. The inventors of Four Great Inventions in Tang and Song dynasties were all civilian other than bureaucrat; this demonstrates that bureaucrat’s polygynous families always had less intelligent children.

Chinese Tang, Ming and Qing dynasties, each of them reigned for 13 generations of 289 years, 12 generations of 278 years and 11 generations of 295 year. How close were their duration and generations numbers! These cannot be coincidence. It is the inevitable consequence brought along by the polygynous policy and the emperors’ degrading IQ. Although there were officials serving as secretaries, the emperors’ IQ was no way to compensate. Therefore, polygyny will inevitably bring long the IQ degradation, and the empire will go into perishment following the reproductive rules

The above-mentioned situation indicates that social IQ degeneration is not just a terrible rumor; it is real and it is accelerating, and this should arouse more attention around the world.

Finding and knowing the reproductive rules can help to analyze various reasons that prevent the social development. If we have a deep understanding of this analysis and execute eugenics and hybridization, we can accelerate the process of human evolution. Our evolution will not be that slow and gradual as in long history, so slow or even regenerates to extinction.
